You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item that does not suit you. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s charge, except in case of our mistake or a defective item.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is handled by our shipping partners worldwide, and you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. During busy periods, a small additional delay may occur.

To keep your item in the best condition, we recommend washing it inside out at 30°C with similar colors. Avoid tumble drying and let the garment air dry whenever possible. Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery. Iron inside out or place a cloth between the iron and the design.
